I believe that an excellent educator must be a strong passionate leader who cares about the future of children and society, but above all else, a person of integrity. A strong educational leader must be accessible and be a personal participant in the learning process which goes far beyond the need to manage but sees past mandated requirements to achieve the big picture, developing a life-long love of learning for all, students, parents, and teachers.
